Greenville Humane Society provides K-9 models for Snoozer® Pet Products photo session.

Greenville, South Carolina— A rare Nova Scotia Duck Tolling Retriever, a German Shorthaired Pointer, a Basset Hound and some adorable mixed - breed mutts were the K-9 models for a recent photography session at the Greenville Humane Society’s Furm an Hall Road shelter.

Brian O’Donnell, vice president of marketing for Snoozer Pet Products, said he hoped the event increases awareness of the Greenville Humane Society (GHS) and its mission to reduce the region’s unwanted animal population.

“We’re told that the GHS places an average of 450 animals per month with responsible and caring individuals. Each pet is spayed or neutered before adoption to help control pet overpopulation in our community. We want to do our part to support this vital community org anization,” said O’Donnell.

The photos will be used in the company’s online product catalog at www.snoozerpetproducts.com.

GHS Adoption Manager Sue Canniff was happy to arrange “doggie talent” to pose with a variety of beds, car seats and safety harnesses manufactured by Snoozer at its Greenville facility .

“It was a real pleasure to team up with Snoozer on this project. Brian was so skilled in getting the dogs to interact with the products – we called him the dog whisperer,” said Canniff.

“Snoozer also donated $5,000 worth of merchandise to the Greenville Humane Society. Since we depend primarily on private donations, Snoozer’s gift of pet beds and travel products is a wonderful revenue-generating opportunity for our non-profit organization,” said Canniff.

“With the average cost of feeding and housing an unwanted animal at $ 10 per animal, per day, our need for tax -deductible donations is great ,” said Canniff. “The Snoozer products are now available f or purchase at the Greenville Humane Society .”
